Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Case Manager: Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED. 2 years experience in the social service field is required for the SCM position.
Job Description: Seeking individuals who are looking to make a positive impact in our community by assisting NYC's most underserved population. The Supportive Case Manager will coordinate services to mentally ill adults located in all five boroughs of NYC. This position requires fieldwork using public transportation to engage clients wherever they are located. We welcome persistent, flexible, and dedicated individuals who enjoy working within a strong case management team. If you like working with children we are also seeking ICM/SCM to coordinate services for mentally disabled children/adolescents in Brooklyn. Prior experience preferred.
