Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Case Manager: Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED. 1 year experience in the social service field is required for the SCM position. 4 years of experience in the social service field is required for the ICM position.
Job Description: Seeking Intensive/Supportive Case Manager to coordinate services for Mentally Ill Adults located in all 5 boroughs of NYC. Position requires fieldwork utilizing public transportation. Must be a team player. Also seeking ICM to coordinate services for mentally disabled children/adolescents in Brooklyn, prior experience preferred.
