Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Qualifications Sought: A comprehensive understanding of health care issues involved in providing clinical leadership at a Community Health Center. Ability to collaborate and interact with a diverse group of health care professionals. Excellent analytical skills necessary for preparing financial, legal, and administrative tasks. A College Degree and preferably three (3) or more years of related experience. Masters Degree highly preferred.
Job Description: Responsible managing LCHC’s case management, outreach, social services and fitness services programs. Departments within Health Support Services include: HIV, Maternal and Child Health, Substance Abuse, Diabetes, Asthma, and Fitness. Responsible for hiring and supervising all staff members who work in the HSS Department ensuring that each staff member is working to meet the Health Center’s mission. Responsible for working with the Board and Staff to develop and communicate the Health Center’s vision/plans for improving the health of the people living in the target area. Responsible for developing of analytical tools designed to improve LCHC’s clinical performance.
