Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): HS diploma or equivalent. BA or BS preferred. Must speak, read and write English and Spanish. Community outreach experience preferred. Knowledge of community-based work and HIV/AIDS issues. Must be creative, independent, and people-oriented.
Job Description: Responsible for coordinating and implementing the outreach activities for the HIV/AIDS Program in South Lawndale in order to educate, prevent, and identify at-risk or infected individuals and link them to care at LCHC.
