Job Description: Licensed Master’s Social Worker for highly regarded transition program for youth/young adults with emotional challenges needed. This individual will conduct assessments, individual and group counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation, case management and basic tutoring or academic support. There are significant opportunities for creative input. The candidate for this position will possess strong interdisciplinary person-centered team approach.
