POSITION REQUIREMENTS:· Master’s degree and BCBA track. Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred.
· A minimum of two years experience in a special education setting.
· Demonstrated awareness of, sensitivity to and competence in dealing with cultural and socioeconomic diversity of client population.
· Valid California driver’s license, a clear driving record and personal vehicle insurance coverage.

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides behavior analysis in the nonpublic school program. Designs and implements an individualized behavioral plan for each student. With the other Lincoln school staff, is responsible for integrating students behavioral plans with the educational and treatment programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Completes Functional Analysis Assessments for all NPS students
· Provide behavior analysis services in collaboration with others who support and/or provide services to one’s clients.
· Completes Behavioral Intervention Plans for all NPS students.
· Monitors success of Behavioral Intervention Plans.
· Serves as Behavior Intervention Case Manager for all students.
· Make recommendations regarding target outcomes and intervention strategies.
· Determine and make environmental changes that reduce the need for behavior analysis services.
· Provide competency-based training for persons who are responsible for carrying out behavioral assessment and behavior change procedures.
· Use effective performance monitoring and reinforcement systems.
· Design and use systems for monitoring procedural integrity.
· Establish support for behavior analysis services from persons directly and indirectly involved with these services.
· Secure the support of others to maintain the clients’ behavioral repertoires.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:· The willingness and the ability to be First Aid and CPR trained, and the ability to be PRO-Act trained.
