Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): At least 2 years experience working with people with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. At least one year experience supervising staff.
Job Description: Coordinate all aspects of home management with supplies, medical needs; assist with training, and regulatory paperwork. Supervise and schedule staff at homes and payroll supervision. Work with Professional staff to ensure success of outcomes for clients.
